right so ive got the technical side mostly figured out, decent exposure, smooth movement, all that. but when i look back at my photos they all kind of look the same? like i always end up with the subject centered and everything just feels flat and boring even when the scenery is genuinely incredible. flew over this amazing coastline last weekend and the photos just dont convey how awesome it actually was in person.
i think im just defaulting to pointing straight down or straight forward and not really thinking about it. anyone have advice on how to actually think about composition when youre up there because its hard to think creatively when youre also concentrating on not crashing into things
