Hey everyone! Just got my first Air 2S last week and I'm loving it so far. Only problem is I can't get the zoom function to work at all. I've tried the FN key + camera wheel combo and even tapping on the screen but nothing happens. The gimbal moves fine and everything else works perfectly.

I updated to the latest firmware hoping that would fix it, but still no luck. Has anyone else run into this issue? What am I missing here?

Had the exact same issue when I first got my Air 2S! Make sure you're in photo mode, not video mode - the zoom only works for photos. Also check if you accidentally disabled it in the camera settings menu.

This happened to me after a firmware update too. Try doing a factory reset through DJI Assistant 2 on your computer - that fixed it for me. Just make sure to back up any custom settings first!

Double check that digital zoom is enabled in the camera settings. Go to the three dots menu > Camera > Advanced settings and look for the zoom option. Sometimes it gets turned off during updates.
