just picked up a mini 4 pro last week, came with the fly more combo so i have the charging hub and extra batteries already. been looking at all the stuff on amazon and its honestly overwhelming, like theres ND filters, propeller guards, landing pads, cases, all this stuff and i have no idea whats actually useful vs just nice to have vs total waste of money. im planning to mostly do outdoor shots, some travel, maybe some hiking trips. what have people actually found useful day to day and not just bought and left in a drawer

ND filters are genuinely worth it if you care about your footage looking cinematic. the ones that come with the drone are nothing, you need actual NDs to control your shutter speed properly especially on bright days. i use the Freewell magnetic ones and they're solid, easy to swap out. a landing pad is like $15 and stops you from launching off dirt and rocks getting sucked into your props, i use mine every single flight. everything else is kind of situational honestly. the hard cases look cool but if you got the fly more bag it does the job fine for travel.

dont sleep on a good screen sunshade for the controller if you're flying in bright conditions. i went through two cheap ones before getting a decent one and the difference is real, you can actually see what your camera sees instead of just squinting at a washed out screen. propeller guards i personally never use, they add weight and i find them annoying to deal with but if you're flying near people or tight spaces maybe
