so ive been flying for about 8 months now and i feel pretty solid in calm conditions, can do smooth orbits, split S entries, the usual stuff you practice in a field. but lately ive been going out on windier days on purpose to try to build that skill and im noticing something weird happening with my yaw when a gust comes through.
basically im flying a cinematic line, wind is maybe 12-15mph with occasional gusts up into the 20s, and when a gust hits the nose kind of gets pushed sideways and i overcorrect with the stick and then im fighting it for like 3-4 seconds before i settle back down. its not a drone problem i think, more just my inputs being sloppy under pressure. anyone else go through this phase and what actually helped you get past it.
im on a mavic 3 if that matters, not trying to get into fpv or anything, just want to be able to shoot in real conditions without every windy clip looking like garbage
