EVO II Pro V3 gimbal calibration keeps failing - help needed!

Hey everyone! I'm having trouble with my EVO II Pro V3 gimbal calibration. The first step always works fine, but the second step always fails. It's been this way since I bought it. Today I was in a soccer field on top of a mountain - clear, wide open, no houses for radio interference and it still failed six times.

I've tried recalibrating multiple times and even removed any third-party filters. Anyone else experienced this? Should I contact Autel support?

    Before a software update was available, the workaround was to remove any third-party filters (i.e. Freewell filter) on the camera lens prior to performing a gimbal automatic calibration, then reinstall the filter after calibration success. This bug was fixed in 2023 by a firmware update. Have you updated your firmware recently?
