passed my 107 but some of the questions on the actual test were nothing like the practice ones??

ok so i passed which is great but i walked out feeling kind of confused. i used Sporty's study course pretty much exclusively for about a month and felt super confident going in. and i mean i passed so it worked out but there were maybe 5 or 6 questions on there that i genuinely had never seen anything like in any practice material. one was about something with crew resource management i think? and another one felt more like a general aviation question than anything drone specific. just curious if anyone else experienced this or if i got a weird version of the test. also the testing center had the AC cranked way too high so bring a jacket lol

yeah the test pulls from a pretty big question bank and some of it is shared with the private pilot written so you'll occasionally get stuff that feels totally out of left field. crew resource management shows up sometimes and it confused me too the first time i saw it in a practice set. basically just means communication and decision making between people operating the flight, even applies to drone ops if you have a visual observer or someone helping you. congrats on passing though, the score is what matters

omg the AC thing is so real i took mine in july and was literally shivering halfway through. also congrats. i used a combination of Sporty's and the King Schools free stuff and had the same experience where a few questions just came outta nowhere. i think as long as you have the core concepts solid the weird outlier questions dont sink you. my testing center also had a really loud HVAC system that was distracting but whatever, you get through it
