Prebuilt quad oscillating in fast forward flight - PID or hardware issue?

My GEPRC CineBot30 (bought prebuilt 2 months ago) has developed bad oscillations during fast forward flight and punch-outs. Getting rapid, high-frequency shaking in the FPV image plus a high-pitched motor whine when I punch throttle or snap sticks. Hovers perfectly fine, only happens under aggressive inputs.

Checked props (all good), balanced motors, tightened hardware. Should I be looking at P gains being too low or over-filtering? Or could this be a mechanical issue the manufacturer's tune can't compensate for?

Haven't touched any settings since purchase - still running factory defaults.
