Need help understanding European drone regulations before my summer trip

Flying to Italy, France, and Germany this summer and I'm totally confused about the EASA rules. I have a US Part 107 certificate but keep reading conflicting info about whether I need to register again in Europe? Anyone here successfully flown in multiple EU countries with a US license? Getting stressed about this whole process!

My drone is a DJI Mini 3 Pro (under 250g) if that makes any difference.
