ok so a local property developer reached out through instagram of all places and wants aerial video of a construction project, ongoing monthly shoots to document progress. this is legitimately the biggest opportunity I've had and I kind of quoted them a number off the top of my head in the DMs before I really thought it through and now I need to figure out if I completely undersold myself or not.
I said $300 per visit, roughly 90 minutes on site, edited highlights delivered within 48 hours. they said yes immediately which honestly made me feel like I left money on the table. they also asked about a contract and I don't have one, I've just been doing handshake stuff with small clients. does anyone have a contract template they actually use or know where to get a decent starting point? also they mentioned they want the raw footage too ? do you guys charge extra for that or just include it
