idk maybe im getting old or whatever but i used to obsess over every little thing, frame stiffness, motor kv, stack temps, all of it. now i just kinda want to go out and fly and not think too hard. built my last quad pretty much the same as the one before it and honestly it rips just fine. feels like at some point you just land on a setup that works and stop chasing the next thing. or maybe im just lazy now. either way flying is more fun than it used to be if that makes any sense

this is exactly where i ended up after about 3 years. had a phase where i was re-soldering stuff every other week trying to squeeze more performance out and one day i just flew the thing stock and thought wait this is actually fine. now i mostly just think about where to fly not what to fly
