so ive been running a Gremsy T3 under my S1000 for about 8 months now and lately its been developing this slow yaw drift mid flight. like it'll hold fine for the first few minutes and then just slowly start panning left no matter what i do. recalibrated the IMU probably 6 times this week, reflashed the firmware, nothing.

the weird thing is it only seems to happen after the motors have been running for a while, which makes me think its maybe a heat thing? or vibration getting into the IMU? ive got the standard anti-vibration mounts on there but theyre pretty old at this point. replaced one of the motor dampeners last month but didnt do the whole set.

anyone dealt with this before? im shooting a commercial job next thursday and im kind of losing my mind here

had almost the exact same thing on a Gremsy H16 a while back. turned out to be one of the ribbon cables inside the gimbal was just barely making contact and as the unit warmed up and expanded slightly it would lose connection intermittently. the drift was actually the gimbal losing IMU signal and falling back to some default behavior. worth pulling the side panel and just checking every connector is fully seated, sounds dumb but thats what fixed mine after two weeks of chasing my tail with firmware and calibration.

might be unrelated but have you checked if your flight controller is sending any weird signals down the CAN bus or PWM line to the gimbal? i had drift issues that werent actually the gimbal at all, it was the FC outputting garbage on the gimbal channel after some vibration worked a connector loose on that side. swapped to a direct receiver input bypass for testing and the drift stopped immediately. not saying thats your issue but worth ruling out before you tear the gimbal apart
