anyone else just fly the same spot over and over

not really a question just kind of a random thought. theres this one field like 10 mins from my house and i have probably flown there 40 times at this point. i know every tree and every weird wind pocket and where the light hits good in the morning. been thinking i should go explore more but honestly theres something kind of nice about knowing a spot that well. you stop worrying about airspace and obstacles and just actually fly you know

idk maybe im lazy. do you guys have a go-to spot like that or do you always try to find somewhere new

totally get this. my spot is a park near a reservoir, been going there since i got my first phantom years ago. the rangers know me by now which is either a good thing or a bad thing depending on the day lol. but yeah theres definitely something to it, when you know a location that well you can actually think about the shot instead of just trying not to crash
