ok so this is probably rough but ive been sitting on this footage from a camping trip two weeks ago and finally just cut something together. its like 90 seconds, mostly slow pushes through the trees and one orbit shot around a cliff face that i thought came out pretty cool. music is just something royalty free i grabbed, nothing special. link in the comments cause i cant figure out how to embed it here.

genuinely want real feedback not just nice work bro stuff. what looks amateurish, what works, all of it. been flying for about a year and editing way less than that so i know theres a lot to fix.

cant see the link yet but drop it again. the orbit around a cliff sounds sick if you nailed the speed, those go wrong so fast when the yaw rate is inconsistent. one thing i always tell newer editors ? watch your cut timing relative to the beat, even subtle stuff. when the cuts feel slightly off the music the whole thing feels sloppy even if the footage is great.

just watched it, the tree shots are actually really nice, smooth and the exposure looks good throughout. the orbit is a little wobbly in the middle section, looks like maybe some wind caught you? the music choice is kinda generic ngl but thats easy to fix. overall way better than my first edit was, mine was like a crime against cinema
