so ive had my mini 3 pro for about 4 months now and its been flying fine but lately its been drifting to the left when i let go of the sticks. like noticeably, maybe a foot or two over like 30 seconds. GPS shows full lock, 14+ satellites, wind was pretty calm when i was testing it in my backyard. calibrated the compass before i flew too.

at first i thought it was just wind but i went out on a completely still morning and it still did it. maybe an IMU thing? i havent done an IMU calibration since i got it honestly. or could it be the motors? nothing looks physically wrong with the props.

anyone dealt with this before, not sure if i should send it in or just try some stuff first

do the IMU calibration first, thats almost always the culprit with hover drift. go into the DJI fly app, main controller settings, then safety, then sensors ? its in there somewhere. you have to do it on a flat surface and it walks you through it. i had the exact same thing on my mini 2 after a few months and that fixed it straight away.

also worth checking if your props are seated all the way, one slightly loose prop can cause weird asymmetric behavior that looks like drift. the mini 3 props are tool-free so they can come a little loose without you noticing.

could also just be the landing surface when you calibrated the compass ? if it wasnt perfectly level or there was something metal nearby it might have thrown it off a bit. i always do mine out in the open away from the car lol. try a fresh compass cal out in a field or something and see if it changes
