Mini 2 won't turn on after battery hibernation - help needed

My DJI Mini 2 has been sitting for about 3 months and now won't power on at all. The battery could be in hibernation mode. Your drone won't turn on until you fully charge the battery and take it out of hibernation mode. I've tried holding the power button but get zero response - no LEDs, nothing. Has anyone dealt with this before? What's the proper way to wake up a hibernated battery?
