so ive had my mini 4 pro for about 3 months now and it keeps dropping signal randomly, like not even when im far out. yesterday i was maybe 200 meters away flying over a field and it just went to signal warning and came back on its own after a few seconds. this has happened maybe 6 or 7 times now and its starting to freak me out a little because i dont want it to just fly off or something.

im using the RC2 controller if that matters. tried recalibrating the compass before the flight too. anyone else have this happen or know what might be causing it? im not flying near any towers or anything obvious i dont think

had the exact same thing with my mini 3 pro and RC-N1, drove me crazy for weeks. turned out i had my phone wifi on and it was conflicting with the 2.4ghz channel. switched to RC2 eventually but before that just turning off wifi on my phone basically fixed it. not sure if thats your issue but worth checking if you have any other devices nearby or even in your pocket that might be broadcasting

also are you in an area with a lot of other wifi networks around? even in a field theres sometimes enough interference from houses nearby to cause issues depending on how the drone is oriented relative to you

check if your antennas on the RC2 are positioned right, i know it sounds dumb but i was holding mine totally wrong for like the first month. the flat face of the antenna needs to point toward the drone not the edge of it. made a noticeable difference for me once someone pointed that out lol
