Emergency Motor Stop Not Working - DJI FPV Safety Issue

URGENT: My DJI FPV's emergency motor stop function isn't responding during flight testing. I've checked the goggles settings and enabled Emergency Propeller Stop and tried pushing both control sticks on the DJI FPV Remote Controller 2 to the bottom inner or outer corner. The motors continue spinning when I need them to stop immediately. This is a serious safety concern - has anyone encountered this before?

This should only be used in emergencies when the motors are stalled, the DJI Fly app prompts that the aircraft is malfunctioning, or a collision occurs.
