Inspire 2 vs Inspire 3 payload capacity differences for industrial work

Working on a project that needs to carry a small LiDAR sensor (approx 450g) and I'm torn between going with a used Inspire 2 or investing in an Inspire 3. Has anyone done direct payload comparisons between these platforms?

The I2 specs say max takeoff weight is around 4.25kg, but real-world performance with heavier payloads seems to drop flight time significantly. The I3 has better motors and battery tech, but at $16k+ it's a major investment.

What are people seeing for actual flight times with custom payloads on both platforms?
