was out yesterday and had my airpods in the whole time, just had music going while i flew and it was honestly a totally diffrent vibe than usual. made me way more chill about everything, less twitchy on the sticks

but then i started wondering if thats actually dangerous cause i couldnt hear if someone was yelling at me or whatever. do you guys do this or is it one of those things everyone does but nobody talks about

i do it all the time in open fields, not gonna lie. in a busy area though i keep one earbud out just in case. common sense stuff really but yeah music absolutely changes how i fly, slower and smoother for sure

I mean technically you should be aware of your surroundings at all times but also like... we're all adults. I'd just be careful in spots where people walk up on you without warning. Had a jogger nearly walk into my landing zone once because I didn't hear them coming and that was without music so who knows
