Recently updated my 4-in-1 ESC firmware to the latest BLHeli_32 version and now experiencing motor desync on motor 3 during aggressive maneuvers. This occurs when the motor and ESC timings do not line up, causing the quad to spasm and fall from the sky.
I've checked solder joints, swapped motors between outputs, and confirmed the motor works fine on other ESC channels. Switch the motor to another ESC Channel and see if that works. If it does, there is a major problem with one of the ESCs on the PCB. Running 2600KV motors on 5S with 30A rating - should be within spec.
Has anyone experienced similar desync issues after firmware updates? Looking for BLHeli configurator settings that might resolve this without hardware replacement.
