ok so this has been driving me absolutely nuts. got my mini 4 pro about 3 months ago and every now and then ill be flying maybe 200-300 meters out, sometimes even closer, and the controller just starts going yellow and then red. happens like once every few flights. im in a pretty open area too, no big buildings or anything. i updated the firmware last week thinking that would fix it but it happened again yesterday. anyone else dealt with this or is something actually wrong with mine

running the rc-n1 controller btw, not the rc2

had the exact same thing with my rc-n1 setup. turned out my phone was the issue ? the wifi on the phone was basically fighting with the controller signal. went into settings and turned off wifi on my phone before flying and it basically stopped happening. also make sure you dont have like a bluetooth speaker or anything paired at the same time, that seemed to make it worse for me. might not be your problem but worth trying the easy stuff first before sending it in

the rc-n1 is honestly kind of mediocre for range compared to the rc2 in my experience. the signal goes through your phone and there's just more that can go wrong. i switched to the rc2 and the difference was noticeable, though obviously that's not a cheap fix. if its happening at 200 meters though thats pretty bad even for the rc-n1, so maybe check if there are power lines or a cell tower nearby that you hadnt thought about
