Seeing lots of conflicting info about rates for freestyle. Some say aggressive freestyle needs 700-900 deg/s for split-S's and juicy style tricks, but I've also heard around 700-800 degrees per second is the sweet spot for freestyle.
Currently running 650 deg/s and wondering if I'm holding myself back from learning more advanced maneuvers. What do you guys actually fly for freestyle?
