quad vibrating like crazy after hard landing, props look fine though

this has been bugging me for like two weeks now. had a pretty rough landing (lets call it that) and ever since the video feed just looks horrible in anything above like half throttle. blackbox shows the gyro traces are all over the place, way noisier than before. ive already rebalanced the props and put on a new set entirely and its still doing it. motors all spin up fine and spin freely, no obvious grinding or anything when i turn them by hand.

rpm filter is on, i havent changed any of the betaflight settings. frame is a TBS Source One so its not flexy by nature. genuinely stumped, anyone had something like this where the obvious stuff didnt fix it

check your motor screws. all of them. after a hard impact they can back out just a tiny bit and that tiny bit of play in the motor mount causes insane vibration that doesnt show up as anything obvious until you're flying. i had almost exactly the same thing after clipping a gate and spent two days on it before i noticed one motor was like half a turn loose

also worth checking if the frame arms themselves cracked internally ? carbon can crack on the inside without looking damaged on the outside. flex the arms gently and listen/feel for any movement that shouldnt be there.

could be a bent motor shaft. i know you said it spins freely but a slightly bent shaft wont always feel wrong by hand, the imbalance only shows up under load. if you have a way to spin them up on the bench without props and watch with your phone camera in slow mo you can sometimes see it wobbling. or just swap the motor thats in the position that the blackbox noise seems worst on and see if it moves with it.
