Gimbal overload errors after firmware update - troubleshooting help needed

My DJI Mavic 3 started throwing "gimbal overload" warnings consistently after the latest firmware update. The issue only occurs during takeoff - once airborne, everything seems fine.

I've tried the obvious fixes: removing the gimbal protector, ensuring nothing blocks the range of motion, and calibrating through the app multiple times. The calibration completes successfully but the error persists.

Has anyone experienced similar issues post-firmware update? I'm wondering if this is a known bug or if there's a deeper hardware problem developing.
