Hey everyone! I just got my Part 107 last month and landed my first real estate client through Thumbtack. They initially said my $200/hour rate was fine, but now they're asking if I can do $120 "since it's just a few aerial photos." I calculated my costs at around $85/hour including gas, insurance, gear depreciation etc. Should I stick to my guns or take the lower rate for the experience? Don't want to start a race to the bottom but also need to build my portfolio!
