Workflow tips for managing multiple commercial clients

I've been flying commercially for about 18 months and my client base is finally growing (woohoo!). Problem is, I'm starting to get overwhelmed juggling multiple projects, deadlines, and deliverable formats. What systems do you veteran pilots use for project management? Currently using just emails and my phone's calendar but it's getting messy. Need something that can track:

  • Flight planning & weather windows
  • Post-processing deadlines
  • Client deliverable preferences
  • Invoice tracking

Any recommendations for software or just organizational tips would be huge!
