depends on your area but 300 sounds low for that price range. i charge 450-500 for anything over 500k, includes basic editing and 24hr turnaround. realtors will pay it if the quality is there, trust me

i just started commercial work and honestly have no idea what to charge either lol. been doing $200 flat rate just to build portfolio but your 300 sounds reasonable? maybe factor in editing time too, that stuff takes forever when you're trying to make it look good
