been trying to get my matty flips dialed in but they keep washing out like halfway through the rotation. ive got my rates pretty high already and tried messing with the stick expo but still feels mushy when i try to catch it. running 2207 motors on 6s with a pretty standard freestyle tune

anyone else had this issue or am i just being impatient with the stick movements

sounds like your tune might be too soft honestly. what are your pid values looking like? also are you running rpm filtering because that can sometimes make things feel a bit delayed if its not setup right

dude i had the exact same thing happening to me last month. turned out i was being way too gentle on the sticks during the flip. you gotta really commit to the movement and then catch it hard at the end. also try bumping your pitch rate up a bit more than your roll rate
