First build - having issues with motor order and direction

ok so this is my first scratch build and im pretty sure i have the motors wired correctly but when i spin them up in betaflight they dont all go the same direction. i followed the motor order diagram but maybe i messed something up with the soldering?

using a kakute f7 with tekko32 4in1 esc, motors are emax eco 2306. in betaflight when i increase the master slider two motors spin clockwise and two spin counter clockwise which i think is right? but when i try to arm it just flips immediately

also one of my solder joints looks pretty ugly, could that cause issues or just make it unreliable later

sounds like you might need to reverse a couple motors in blheli configurator. the motors should spin in opposite directions diagonally - so if you're looking down at the quad, front left and back right should spin the same way, front right and back left spin the other way. check your motor direction in betaflight motor tab first before changing anything though

yeah definitely motor direction issue. also make sure your props are on the right motors - clockwise props on clockwise spinning motors etc. took me forever to figure that out on my first build lol. as for the ugly solder joint, if it works it works but might want to redo it eventually for reliability. cold solder joints can cause all sorts of weird problems
