so ive been flying for about a year and a half now and wind is still the thing that messes me up the most. not like crazy 30mph gusts, i mean just moderate wind, like 12-15mph steady with some inconsistent gusts thrown in. my shots get wobbly, i start overcorrecting on the sticks, and then i just get anxious and land early.
i know the obvious answer is 'just fly in wind more' but is there actually a structured way to practice this or do people just kind of figure it out over time. i fly a mini 3 pro mostly but also occasionally a used mavic 2 pro i picked up last year. both handle wind differently which makes it even more confusing to build muscle memory.
any drills or exercises that actually helped you get comfortable? or is it really just hours and hours of time in the air
