my beach reel from last weekend, be brutal

  • Members

uploaded a short reel from a beach trip, mostly low altitude stuff, some top down patterns over the rocks and a couple tracking shots following a kayaker which honestly came out way better than expected given i was just winging it. link is in my profile if anyone wants to check it. its only like 90 seconds.

genuinely want real feedback not just nice stuff. ive been flying for two years and i feel like im kind of plateauing and not sure what to work on next. movements feel smooth to me but something is off and i cant put my finger on what it is

watched it, the tracking shot on the kayak is genuinely good. the thing that might be bugging you is the cuts feel a little random, like theres no real flow between the angles. some of the top down stuff is cool on its own but it kinda just appears without building to it. pacing maybe? hard to say without seeing the raw footage but thats my gut feeling

the low altitude pass over the rocks at the start is my favorite part. everything after the minute mark dragged a tiny bit for me but the kayak stuff saves it. also what music did you use, i always struglle finding stuff that isnt overused
