Planning a big photography trip and need advice on carrying solutions. I've got a Mavic Air 2S, Mini 4 Pro, plus all the accessories (batteries, filters, spare props, etc.).

Currently torn between:

• Getting separate hard cases for each drone
• One large camera backpack with custom foam inserts
• Dedicated drone backpack that fits multiple models

What works best for you multi-drone pilots? Especially interested in airline travel experiences.

Camera backpacks work great - the drone and controller fit in lens slots that can be reconfigured to the right sizes. I have different sized backpacks for different trip needs. Very versatile solution.

I went with the PGYTECH OneMo backpack and love it. Well made, very functional, and has a removable bag for a drone and four extra batteries with shoulder strap. Two-in-one solution works perfectly.

Drones containing lithium batteries may be prohibited in baggage - check with your airline prior to traveling for their policy. Hard cases might look suspicious at security too. I stick with soft cases for flights.
