Why not split the difference? DJI Matrice 210 RTK V2 with 2.3kg capacity can handle multispectral + thermal in a lighter package. You'd get better flight times and still capture the data you need for precision ag without the cinema overkill.

Heavier payloads drastically shorten battery life and you'll need to balance payload weight against flight duration. Test with simulated weight first - many operators find the sweet spot is staying under 80% of max payload for real-world conditions.
