so ive been flying for about a year now, mostly calm days because honestly wind just stresses me out. got a mini 3 pro and i know its rated for like 10.7 m/s or whatever but the moment it gets gusty i just bring it down. i know this is a mental block as much as anything.
the thing is i live on the coast and calm days are kind of rare. starting to feel like im limiting myself a lot. i watched some videos about flying in wind but they all just say stuff like 'anticipate the gusts' which... ok thanks, not super helpful.
wondering if there's a more structured way to actually build this skill. do you just force yourself to fly in progressively worse conditions and learn from it? or is there some kind of technique stuff i should be drilling first. i dont want to just yolo my drone into the ocean trying to toughen up.
