cant get my rolls to stop wobbling on the exit

so ive been trying to dial in my rolls for like the past few weeks and no matter what i do the quad just wobbles out of them, mostly on the exit when i'm coming back to level. its not a horrible wobble but its definitely there and it looks janky in the footage. running a 5inch on a f7 stack, rates are pretty aggressive but i've flown this setup for months so i dont think thats it. filters feel pretty good to me, blackbox doesnt show anything crazy. someone told me it might be my d term but i already bumped it a couple times and it helped a little but not fully fixed. anyone dealt with this before

yeah this drove me insane for a while. for me it was actually my p term being too high relative to d, the quad would overshoot coming out of the roll and then d would fight it and you'd get that little bounce. try dropping p a tiny bit on roll axis specifically and see if that cleans it up. also what props are you running, cheap props will do this too especially if one's slightly bent

i had same issue and it turned out one of my motors had a slightly loose bell. like barely noticeable by hand but in the air during fast rolls it was enough to cause that wobble you're talking about. worth checking all four just in case
