what cases are people actually using for mini 3 pro travel

so ive been using the dji shoulder bag that came with my fly more combo and honestly its fine for local flying but i want to start taking the drone on trips, like checked luggage, overhead bin, that kind of thing. the bag feels a little flimsy for that and im worried about the gimbal getting knocked around

been looking at the pgytech onemo and also some random hardshell cases on amazon but i cant tell whats actually worth buying vs just looks good in photos. does anyone travel with their mini 3 regularly and have a case they actually trust

also wondering if i should be taking props off every time i pack it up or if thats overkill with a decent case

i have the pgytech onemo backpack and genuinely love it, been through maybe 8 or 9 flights worth of travel with it including one pretty rough baggage handler situation where my bag came out looking like it had been kicked across the tarmac. drone was totally fine. the padding is legitimately good and theres enough room for the controller, a couple extra batteries and all the little cables and stuff without it feeling like tetris every time you pack up

on the props question, i always take them off when traveling, just habit at this point. takes 30 seconds and the last thing you want is a prop blade putting a little scratch on the gimbal protector or something dumb like that during a bumpy flight

not the mini 3 but i use a pelican 1510 for my air 2s when i fly check it and its basically bombproof. you can get custom foam cut on etsy for like 20 bucks for almost any drone which is kind of cool. only downside is it's heavier than a backpack obviously but if you're checking bags anyway who cares
