so ive been going back and forth on this for like two weeks now and cant make up my mind. i currently have a old Mavic Mini the original one and its time to upgrade. was pretty set on the Mini 3 Pro but then a buddy at my flying club kept pushing the EVO Nano+ at me and now im second guessing everything.

main stuff i care about is image quality obviously, obstacle avoidance since i fly in some pretty tight wooded areas near my house, and battery life. i do mostly landscape and some real estate stuff on the side so dynamic range matters to me. anyone actually own the Nano+ and can tell me if the RYYB sensor hype is real or just marketing fluff? also how does the autel sky app hold up compared to DJI fly, thats one thing im worried about

had the Nano+ for about 8 months before i switched back to DJI ecosystem and honestly the RYYB sensor thing is legit, colors out of that thing in low light are genuinely better than what i was getting from similar class DJI stuff. sunsets especially just looked richer without heavy editing. BUT the app is where it falls apart a little. its gotten better with updates but it still feels a bit clunky compared to DJI fly which is just so polished at this point. also the obstacle avoidance on the Nano+ is only front and rear, no side sensors, which bit me once flying between some trees. so if youre doing tight wooded spots id keep that in mind.

for real estate the image quality is probably gonna make clients happy either way but the Nano+ raw files gave me more to work with in lightroom imo

i just got the Nano+ like a month ago as my first real drone (came from a cheap toy thing) and i dont have anything to compare it to but i really like it so far. the app crashed on me twice in the first week but hasnt done it since after the update so maybe they fixed it. battery life is decent i get around 25-27 min realistically which seems normal from what ive read
