Hey everyone! Just picked up a used Air 2S and I'm having a weird issue. After the update, when I used the Iphone 11 and the Dji Fly app to fly, every 700M distance the RC signal automatically disappeared. I've tried changing areas with no interference, but same thing happens every time. DJI support wasn't much help and their authorized center said the drone is fine. Anyone else experienced this? Really hoping this community can help where DJI couldn't!

This sounds frustrating! It Sounds as if you have a bad ESC. But it could also be a faulty IMU. Have you tried flying with an Android device to see if it's phone-related?

I had similar range issues on my Air 2S after a firmware update. Try switching between 2.4GHz and 5.8GHz in the transmission settings - sometimes one band works much better in your area than the other.

Welcome to the community! Dji does not allow firmware downgrades unfortunately. But before giving up, make sure your controller antennas are positioned correctly and try calibrating your remote controller through the DJI Fly app settings.
