so i heard through the club facebook page that theres a casual fly-in happening at Barton Fields next saturday, supposed to start around 9am. not sure if its an official AMA event or just a bunch of people showing up. either way im planning to bring the Mavic and maybe the 5inch if i feel like it. anyone else from here going? would be cool to put some faces to usernames finally

yeah im gonna try to make it, been to a couple of those informal meetups there before and theyre pretty chill. last time someone brought a massive fixed wing and scared the hell out of everyone on the first pass lol. just show up, fly some packs, chat, good times. bring snacks tho the morning ones always run long

is that the field off route 9 or the other one near the park? i always get them mixed up and dont wanna show up at the wrong place again like i did in april
