Mini 3 Pro vs Air 3 ? is the price jump actually worth it for weekend flying

so ive been going back and forth on this for like two weeks now and i cant make up my mind. currently flying a Mini 3 Pro which i picked up last year and honestly love it, no complaints really. but my brother keeps telling me i should upgrade to the Air 3 because the dual camera setup is a game changer apparently.

the thing is i mostly fly on weekends, nothing professional, just landscapes and the occasional family trip. i dont sell footage or anything like that. the price difference is pretty significant where i am and im not sure i can justify it just for better zoom. does anyone actually use the tele lens on the Air 3 regularly or is it one of those things that sounds cool but you forget about after a month

keep the mini 3 pro, save your money. unless you're doing paid work the difference won't show up in your final videos in any meaningful way. i upgraded once chasing specs and spent six months convinci

honestly i had the same debate and went with the Air 3 about four months ago. the tele camera gets used way more than i expected, especially for anything nature related ? i was shooting some coastal cliffs last month and being able to punch in without losing that much quality was genuinely useful. that said if you're happy with what you're getting from the Mini 3 Pro there's no massive urgency. the image quality jump is real but it's not like night and day for casual stuff. wind resistance is noticeably better on the Air 3 though, that part i didn't expect to matter as much as it does.
