switching from fatshark to HDO2 ? worth it or just hype

so ive been running the Dominator V3s for like 3 years now and honestly they still work fine but everyone keeps telling me the HDO2s are a massive upgrade and i should just do it already. my main thing is i fly a lot of tight wood gaps and technical lines so latency and clarity in low light are probably my biggest concerns

not really worried about DVR or any of that, i mostly use a naked gopro anyway. just want to know if the field of view difference is actually noticeable or if its one of those things that sounds big on paper but you stop caring after 20 minutes of flying. also do the stock antennas on the HDO2 suck as bad as people say or is that just people being weird about antennas again

the FOV difference is real and you'll notice it immediately, not gonna lie. going back to the V3s after using HDOs feels like looking through a letterbox. but whether that matters for tight wood gaps

i went from v3 to HDO2 last spring and the low light thing is genuinely better, the panel on the HDO2 handles it way more gracefully especially around dusk. latency i couldnt tell a difference flying

stock antennas though yeah they're mediocre. i swapped mine for a set of TrueRC X-Air 5.8s within the first week and the difference in signal holding on the far end of my field was noticeable. not huge but enough that i stopped thinking about it. the stock ones arent dangerous or anything just kind of average
