flew near a stadium last weekend and now im paranoid i did something illegal

so this is probably a dumb question but here goes. i was flying my mini 3 on sunday afternoon, just doing some casual shots of the skyline from a park, and i didnt realize until i got home and looked at my footage that there was apparently a college football game happening at a stadium maybe like a mile and a half away. i didnt get any warnings on the drone itself and the DJI app didnt flag anything when i took off but now im reading about temporary flight restrictions and stadiums and im kind of freaking out a bit. the game was definitely going on while i was flying. i was nowhere near the stadium itself, i could barely even see it, but still. is this something i need to worry about or am i overthinking this

the stadium TFR for sporting events is 3 nautical miles radius and goes up to 3000 feet AGL, and it kicks in one hour before the event and ends one hour after. if you were a mile and a half away thats actually inside the restricted area technically, a nautical mile is a little longer than a regular mile so 3nm is roughly 3.4 miles. that said ? if you werent notified by the app and you genuinely didnt know, and nothing came of it on the day, youre probably fine. the FAA isnt out here hunting down everyone who accidentally clipped a TFR one time. just download something like UAV Forecast or check notams.faa.gov before you fly from now on, the DJI geofencing misses TFRs all the time because theyre temporary and dynamic

DJI's warnings are notoriously unreliable for TFRs, i wouldnt trust that app to catch anything time-sensitive. ive flown in spots where i had zero warnings and later found out there was an active TFR the whole time. honestly the only way to actually know is to check the FAA NOTAM system yourself before every single flight. its a bit clunky but thats just part of doing it right. and yeah stadium rules are no joke, they take those pretty seriously compared to some other restrictions
