this has been driving me insane for the past month. mid flight the video feed just drops for a few seconds sometimes longer and then comes back. RC Pro controller. it doesnt crash or anything and the telemetry seems fine when it happens its just the feed that cuts out. already updated firmware, tried different frequencies, recalibrated IMU, the whole thing.

flying mostly in semi rural areas so its not like im in the middle of a city with interference everywhere. my buddy has the same setup and his works fine standing right next to me which makes me think its something specific to my unit but i have no idea what. DJI support basically told me to refresh the firmware again which i already did obviously.

anyone dealt with this or have any ideas because im running out of things to try before i send it in

had something weirdly similar with my mavic 3 classic a few months back. turned out one of the antenna cables inside the aircraft had a slightly dodgy connection, nothing visible from outside. only found out after DJI service looked at it. if youve already done all the software stuff id say just send it in, sometimes its a hardware thing you literally cannot diagnose yourself and they sorted mine pretty quickly.

dumb question but have you tried a different cable between the controller and your phone if youre using one? also what does the signal strength indicator actually show when it drops, does it tank or stay strong. asking because ive seen people describe feed drops that were actually a processing/encoding hiccup in the aircraft rather than an actual link issue and those show up differently in the logs
