Just updated my EVO II 640T V3 to the latest firmware and now it won't pair with my Smart Controller V3, even though I updated both. The LEDs went solid green after 20+ minutes so the update seemed to complete properly. Has anyone else experienced this pairing issue after a firmware update?

Had the exact same issue! Don't worry - the update didn't take 100% the first time. Redo the update from the start and you should be good to go. Mine restarted the drone without completing the update properly the first time.

Did you try doing the firmware update via SD card instead of over-the-air? I've found SD card updates to be more reliable for avoiding these pairing issues. Also make sure to power cycle both the drone and controller a few times after the update completes.

Autel's software quality control is weak and they are known for releases where prior bugs are reintroduced. This kind of thing shouldn't happen with basic firmware updates. Really makes you question their QA process.
