mini 4 pro vs air 3 ? actually worth the price difference??

so ive been going back and forth on this for like three weeks now and i cant make up my mind. currently flying a mini 2 and looking to upgrade. the mini 4 pro is obviously appealing because of the weight thing and not needing to register in a lot of places, but then i keep reading that the air 3 image quality is just noticeably better especially in low light and i shoot a lot of sunset/golden hour stuff for real estate so that actually matters to me.

the omnidirectional obstacle avoidance on the mini 4 pro sounds great on paper but is it actually useful in real world flying or is it just a checkbox feature. i feel like every review i watch is sponsored so its hard to get a real answer. anyone actually own both or switched from one to the other? genuinely curious what made you decide

had the mini 4 pro for about 6 months before i picked up an air 3 and honestly the difference in low light is real, its not just spec sheet stuff. the dual cameras on the air 3 also change how you shoot more than i expected ? i use the medium tele way more than i thought i would for real estate compression shots. that said the mini 4 pro is a genuinely great drone and if weight class matters for where you fly its a serious consideration, not just a minor thing. i dont think youll be disappointed with either but for real estate work id lean air 3 personally, the image just looks more polished out of camera with less work in post

i was in the exact same boat lol. went with mini 4 pro because i fly in the uk and the c1 class thing made more sense for where i wanted to fly without stressing about authorization zones. honestly the obstacle avoidance has saved me a couple times already, once in a garden with a load of tree branches i didnt see on the preview. but yeah if your priority is purely image quality for paid work the air 3 probably edges it. depends what headaches you want i guess
