ok so ive been flying analog for about 3 years now, started on a pair of Attitude V5s and moved up to HDO2s which i genuinely love. image quality for analog is great, foam is comfortable, works with my existing quads no problem. but everyone keeps telling me to make the jump to DJI O3 and i just... idk. the price difference is pretty significant especially when you factor in putting O3 air units on all your existing builds.
my main thing is freestyle, i fly mostly in parks and open areas, not racing so latency isnt the absolute top priority but its still a thing i think about. the clarity upgrade looks insane in the youtube videos but those are also kind of optimized to look good so hard to judge. anyone who has actually used both systems for freestyle specifically ? is the visual difference as big as people say in real flight conditions, not just parked on your desk?
also curious about antenna situation because ive got some aftermarket pagoda and lollipop combos that work really well for my current setup and i assume all of that becomes irrelevant with digital. feels like starting over honestly.
