ok so ive been flying for about a year now and i feel like my footage is technically fine but it just looks like drone footage, you know? like i watch it back and its just... a thing flying around. but then i see some peoples stuff online and it genuinely looks like a movie scene. same drone in some cases, same locations even.
i know about the 180 degree shutter rule and i have an ND filter set, so its not just motion blur issues. i think its more about the actual movement choices and maybe how they edit. do you guys plan shots ahead of time or just wing it and pick the good stuff later? feels like im missing something obvious and its frustrating because the raw quality is there, it just doesnt come together
