my quad just feels sluggish doing rolls, is it my tune or am i just bad

so ive been trying to nail snap rolls for like two weeks now and it just doesnt feel snappy at all. like the quad rolls but its kind of lazy about it. im running a 5inch with 2306 motors and i feel like it should be way more aggressive than this. my rates feel ok i think, im on about 700 deg/s on roll. wondering if its a PID thing or if im just not flicking the stick hard enough. my buddy watched my footage and said it looks "mushy" which yeah, that about describes it.

bump your P gains on roll a bit and see if that tightens things up. also what props are you on because going from like tri to bi blade made a huge difference for me in how the quad responded to inputs

honestly i had the same problem for ages and it turned out my motors were just tired. i kept tweaking pids for like a month before i realized two of them were way hotter than the others after a pack.
