my fpv footage always looks shaky even with stabilization on

yeah this has been bugging me for a while. im running a gopro hero 11 on my 5inch freestyle build and no matter what i do the footage just looks kind of jittery, not like smooth cinematic stuff i see other people posting. i have hypersmooth turned on and everything. my props are balanced, i dont think thats the issue. maybe its my flying style? im still pretty new to acro mode so maybe im just making too many small corrections and it shows up on camera

anyone else gone through this phase, does it just get better with stick time or is there something im missing setup wise

honestly it's almost definitely your inputs. when you're new to acro you make a lot of micro corrections without realizing it and the camera picks all of that up. hypersmooth helps but it cant fix jerky stick movements, it can only do so much. just keep flying, like a lot, and watch your DVR footage back to see where youre being choppy. it clicked for me around the 4 or 5 month mark and suddenly my gopro footage got way smoother without changing anything

check your pids too honestly. if the quad itself isnt flying locked in then even smooth inputs wont look great on camera. a poorly tuned 5inch will have propwash and oscillations that show up bad in footage even if hypersmooth masks some of it. what flight controller are you running and did you do any tuning or just left it stock
