so ive been seeing posts about a fly-in happening saturday at rotary field and im thinking about heading out but honestly not sure what to expect, ive never been to one of these group things before. do people just show up and fly or is there like an organized schedule or whatever. also not sure if my mavic 3 would fit in or if its mostly fpv guys there

rotary field ones are pretty chill from what i remember, last time i went it was mostly a mix of people, some fpv some cinematic stuff, nobody really cared what you brought. just show up, find a spot, and if you see someone with a cool setup just go talk to them. thats honestly half the fun. parking can get weird though so get there early

i went to one of those last year and felt kinda out of place at first but everyone was super welcoming once i pulled out my drone. ended up spending like 3 hours just watching other peoples rigs. def go
